Honoring companies whose benefits and policies show a commitment to supporting and nurturing the careers of working parents, Seramount’s 2022 100 Best Companies list again includes Pillsbury for the 16th year.

Representing almost four million employees in the United States, companies must submit an application that includes more than 400 questions covering subjects such as leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare support, advancement programs and flexibility policies, including gender neutral paid leave and childcare to be considered for recognition.

“We are seeing our 100 Best Companies add even more to their robust benefit offerings that go beyond traditional parental leave,” Seramount president Subha Barry said in a statement. “These companies continue to set the bar high when it comes to building family-friendly, inclusive workplaces.”
