Pillsbury advised Alexandria, Virginia-based government contractor SENTEL Corporation on its $36 million sale to Vectrus Inc. The transaction closed January 23.

SENTEL provides logistics and supply chain management, engineering and advanced technology solutions, and intelligence mission support to clients including the U.S. Army, Intelligence Community, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration and the Internal Revenue Service. Vectrus, which employs approximately 5,600 employees across 18 countries, provides facility and logistics services, and information technology and network communication services to U.S. government customers around the world.

The Pillsbury team advising SENTEL on the deal was led by Corporate & Securities partner Craig E. Chason, with help from Corporate & Securities senior associate Tom T.
