Pillsbury was named a finalist in the San Diego Business Journal’s “Corporate and Social Responsibility, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awards 2020.”

The SDBJ’s Corporate and Social Responsibility, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awards program recognizes companies and organizations that have implemented significant campaigns, programs and initiatives that contribute to creating a smarter, safer, healthier and more sustainable world.

Pillsbury supports a wide range of pro bono and volunteer projects, takes on high-impact civil rights cases and assists nonprofit organizations that serve local communities. Pillsbury’s San Diego lawyers regularly donate their time pro bono to California Innocence Project, Casa Cornelia, San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program and the firm’s Black-Owned Startup Support (BOSS) Lab. The San Diego offices partner with the San Diego Food Bank and the North County Food Bank via the Pillsbury foundation and supports the Aztec Club, which benefits the student-athlete experience at San Diego State University.
