Pillsbury’s Corporate practice has received high marks in Bloomberg’s latest analysis of law firm capital markets activity. The firm’s outstanding showing included a total of eight top-20 rankings, most notably earning the #2 spots in the U.S. utilities bonds category by both deal count and deal value.

In addition to impressive results when it comes to energy-related transactions, the firm also achieved top-5 rankings for U.S. equity linked offerings for issuers, finishing the quarter 2nd by deal count and 4th by deal value. For managers, Pillsbury placed 7th for U.S. investment grade corporate bonds and 9th for total U.S. corporate bonds and 15th and 16th in those categories by value.
