With Pillsbury advising, Signia Venture Partners will be the lead investor in MomentFeed’s $16.3 million Series C financing. Specializing in early stage investments, Signia will be investing along with Draper Nexus and Draper Frontier Venture Capital, according to the Daily Journal.

Santa Monica-based MomentFeed has developed a program that consolidates all social media accounts belonging to a brand and presents it on a single-page dashboard. The funding can be used to expand the company’s software engineer team, increase the company’s operation capabilities and facilitate the design of new features, services and products, reports the Daily Journal.

The Pillsbury team advising Signia includes San Francisco Corporate partner Justin Hovey and associate Caitlin Stulberg.

Additionally a Pillsbury team counseled Deutsche Bank Trust Co. in a $45 million bond issuance by Chile-based insurer Inversiones SAMS, according to Latin Lawyer. The transaction closed February 3. The team advising Deutsche included New York Corporate partner Peter Baumgaertner and senior counsel Frank Vivero.
