A team of Pillsbury lawyers represented SaaS provider Vobile Group Limited in the issue of HK $100 Million convertible bonds to investor Poly Platinum Enterprises Limited.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Vobile is the global leading provider of online video content protection services and its stock is listed and traded on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Vobile offers automated services to video content owners using software platforms Vobile has developed to enhance video content and streaming by enabling content owners to protect, monetize, and measure their content. Vobile customers include the top seven global film studios and online video distribution sites.
