For the third time, Pillsbury has been voted the "Best Global Export Credit Agency/Development Finance Law Firm" in the 2012 Trade Finance Journal Awards for Excellence. The Trade Finance Journal awards are selected by the magazine's editors—with no solicitation on the part of recipients—based on anonymous voting by thousands of industry professionals.
New York Finance partner Michael P. Schumaecker leads the firm's Export Credit Agency Finance and Development Finance practice along with fellow New York partner Charlotta Otterbeck. "Awards based on feedback of other industry participants are a high honor, and on behalf of my colleagues at Pillsbury I want to thank Trade Finance's editors and the voters for this significant recognition," Schumaecker said.
