PLI's 48^th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

Partner David Keyko will speak at PLI's 48^th Annual Securities Regulation Institute, presented November 2-4 in New York and via webcast. Mr. Keyko will moderate a panel discussion titled “Ethical Dilemmas in Enforcement Representations and Internal Investigations.” The panel will focus on topics such as: who is the client in a corporate representation; issues with multiple representation; ethical pitfalls when conducting witness interviews; and other issues.
