The panel will discuss how False Claims Act cases are impacting the Medicare Managed Care industry. Two recent cases from Florida, U.S. v. Janke, the first False Claims Act enforcement action involving the Medicare Advantage program, and U.S. v. WellCare Health Plans, will be discussed.
