Pillsbury has once again been named to Seramount’s 100 Best Companies list, announced at the organization’s annual gala in New York City on October 22, 2026. The list recognizes companies that set the standard for family-inclusive benefits, including paid parental and caregiver leave, subsidized childcare and expanded mental health support.
Pillsbury partner Christopher Patay and legal practice coordinator Evelina Ebenfelt were also honored at the event as 2026 Seramount Working Parents and Caregivers of the Year. The award recognizes individuals who go above and beyond in their professional and caregiving roles while supporting their families, colleagues and communities.
