The Brazilian aviation industry has gone through a period of rapid growth, and it still has room for further developments. This expansion of the sector has created a number of opportunities for inbound and outbound investments, particularly between Brazil and the United States. In order to take advantage of such opportunities, investors and other players need to understand a wide array of issues, many of a cross-border nature, including government regulations, financing structures and other hurdles.

The following topics will be addressed:

Airport Modernization and Public Private Partnerships Panel

How regional airports can be modernized and what P3 techniques public and private sector entities are using to improve airport systems

Aircraft Financing Panel

Current trends in financing commercial aircraft, corporate jets and helicopters

Aviation Regulatory Panel

"Open skies" issues between Brazil and the United States, Cape Town Convention implementation and Brazil’s new Civil Aviation Code.
