This panel will discuss the various issues IP litigators consider and work on in preparation for trying an IP case, including creative ways to gather documents and other evidence to be used at trial, developing the theme or "big idea" of the case, deciding what lay witnesses to call at trial, and deciding what experts to retain and call.
