As part of this year’s program, Pillsbury will sponsor the welcome reception, welcoming practitioners, academics and officials from across the international arbitration community.

Richard Deutsch will participate in “Arbitrating Contractual Disputes at ICSID: Is There an Actual or Likely Rise of Contract Claims in the Context of ISDS Reform?” from 9:00–10:15 am.
Gary Shaw will speak on “Respect for the International Rule of Law in Enforcement of International Arbitration Awards in the U.S. and Beyond” from 10:30–11:45 am.
