Pillsbury Senior Policy Advisor and former U.S. Congressman William Lacy Clay Jr. was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at The Royal Vagabonds Foundation’s 2021 Leadership Luncheon. Congressman Clay was the only nominee to receive this distinguished recognition, the highest level of honor from the foundation.

For more than two decades, Congressman Clay represented St. Louis, Missouri, in Congress, achieving a record of bipartisan legislative successes while serving in key roles on the House Financial Services, Natural Resources and Oversight and Reform Committees. He draws upon his 20 years as a member of the House of Representatives, advising and advocating on behalf of those whose interests intersect with the federal government.
