Pillsbury has earned a 12th consecutive inclusion on Working Mother's Best Law Firms for Women list. The annual list recognized 60 firms this year that establish women-friendly workplaces and use best practices for retaining and promoting women lawyers and advancing work-life flexibility.

“Law firms on this year’s list were better prepared to respond to the effects of the pandemic because of their continued support of flextime and remote work for working parents and caregivers,” said Subha V. Barry, president of Working Mother Media. “We are proud to recognize their resilience and steadfast commitment to supporting gender equality.”

This recognition is just the latest bestowed on Pillsbury by Working Mother. Earlier this year, the firm was honored by the publication as one of the best companies for multicultural women and in 2019 Working Mother included Pillsbury as a member of its exclusive inaugural law firm Hall of Fame class.
