Adya Baker's practice focuses on antitrust litigation, government investigations and complex commercial litigation.

Adya represents clients in federal appeals court, federal district court, as well as several state courts at every stage of litigation. Her antitrust experience includes counseling and representation of clients from the manufacturing, health care and software industries on antitrust compliance issues, such as price-fixing, market allocation and monopolization.

Successfully represented a technology firm in a second request before the Department of Justice resulting in early termination of investigation.
