Cait’s practice focuses on complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and managements financing of real estate assets across the United States. Cait’s representation spans institutional developers, private real estate funds, multifamily investors and major pension funds. Her experience includes the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, loan documents, purchase agreements and joint venture agreements for office, multifamily and retail projects.

Representative Experience:

  • Advised a national real estate investor regarding formation of a joint venture and represented the investor in the acquisition, development and financing of a mixed-use office/retail project in Austin, Texas.
  •  Represented a national multifamily residential investor on the acquisition and financing of student-housing and multifamily projects across the United States.
