Chris Garza Estrada focuses his practice on high-stakes litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property, labor and employment, higher education, insurance recovery, and commercial contract disputes.

Chris maintains an active pro bono practice, which has included representing clients seeking asylum in the United States, assisting a racial justice clinic on Public Records Act requests, and bringing tort claims on behalf of families traumatized by the government’s family separation border policy. He is experienced in motion and appellate practice, complex discovery matters, and alternative dispute resolution.
