President Biden and Senators Support the Ramp Up in IRS Audits on Corporate Aircraft
President Biden announced that he will focus on ending tax breaks for corporate aircraft and “cracking down on corporate jet loopholes.”
Christine Tsai focuses her practice on advising high-net-worth individuals and entities in all aspects of tax planning and controversies.
Christine provides clients with tailored strategies on a diverse breadth of private wealth and tax matters, including resolving issues exclusive to tax-exempt organizations, federal and state tax audits and estate planning. Christine regularly assists family offices with navigating the tax complexities involved with corporate aircraft. She advises wealthy individuals through the tax challenges associated with establishing and maintaining nonprofits. Christine also has experience helping businesses and individuals resolve IRS tax controversies.
Christine’s past experiences include working as a tax attorney for one of the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies and as an enforcement attorney by appointment of the governor.
