Christopher Wing focuses his practice primarily on advising companies, investors and underwriters on general corporate and securities law matters, including public and private offerings of debt and equity.

Chris also advises on venture capital, M&A and intellectual property matters. His representation includes work with both emerging and larger companies in a wide range of industries, including biotech, consumer products, energy, health sciences, IT, life insurance and software.

While in law school, Chris served as a legal intern with Hofstra University’s Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinical Practicum. He advised small businesses and startup companies on corporate and IP matters, drafting corporate agreements and rendering patentability opinions. He also served as senior associate editor of the Hofstra Law Review.

  • Represents issuers, underwriters and investors on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and public and private offerings of convertible debt.
  • Represents underwriters, purchasers and investors on SEC-registered and private offerings by utility companies, including Ameren, CMS Energy, Entergy, NV Energy, Pinnacle West and Tucson Electric.
  • SYNNEX Corp., in its Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of senior notes, issued as part of its financing for its merger with Tech Data Corp., and subsequent registered exchange offer.
