Pillsbury advised Inphi Corporation in the pricing of $506 million senior notes in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers.

Based in Santa Clara, Inphi produces high-speed analog and mixed-signal semiconductor components and optical subsystems to networking original equipment manufacturers, optical module, cloud and telecom service providers.

A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Corporate partners Allison Leopold Tilley, Gabriella Lombardi and Stan Wong represented Inphi in the note offering. The team included Tax and Finance partners Dan Budofsky and Harsha Reddy, Corporate senior associate Justin Platt, and associates Charmaine Lindley and Chris Wing.
