Cunmei Zhang focuses her practice on representing domestic and international fund sponsors (ranging from emerging managers to mega funds) in formation, structuring and operation of venture capital funds.
Cunmei also advises multinational corporations in formation of their corporate venture capital funds, as well as institutional investors in investments in private investment funds.
