  • Represented ZTE companies in 25+ patent infringement lawsuits in federal district courts throughout the U.S., 20+ patent invalidity trial proceedings before the PTAB and multiple case appeals to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Represented ROC-based telecommunications equipment manufacturer HTC and U.S. subsidiary HTC America in multiple high-stakes patent litigation matters in U.S. district courts, before the PTAB, and on appeal to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
