Pillsbury has been honored with multiple accolades in China Business Law Journal’s 2025 China Business Law Awards. The firm received three practice area awards—Cross-Border Litigation, International Trade and Taxation—as well as two sector awards, recognizing its excellence in Aviation and Family Wealth Management.
The awards are based on a rigorous selection process that includes reviews of hundreds of firm submissions and thousands of client assessments from corporate executives, in-house counsel and legal professionals. In addition to peer feedback, China Business Law Journal also considers input from government bodies, the judiciary and academic institutions.
The publication highlighted several of Pillsbury’s recent standout achievements, including a favorable outcome in an international contract dispute involving Jet Midwest and its strategic counsel to Valmet, NZXT and KONE on the Section 301 China tariff exclusion process—leading to significant tariff savings through numerous granted exclusions.
