She also represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and emerging company and venture capital transactions across the media and entertainment, technology, life sciences and financial services industries.
Drawing on this broader transactional experience, Daniela brings an understanding of the ownership and capital considerations driving a real estate deal alongside the underlying property issues.
Representative Experience
- Represented Cain International and OKO Group in the $630 million refinancing of 830 Brickell, a 57-story office tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District.
- Represented an international real estate investment company in the $78.5 million refinancing of an office building in New York City.
- Represented Faith Community Baptist Church in the negotiation of a development agreement for the construction and sale of townhomes developed by Prospera Real Estate Collective.

- Represented Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal in its $1.7 billion acquisition of a 51% stake in Shandong Xinchao Energy, a deal honored as Cross-Border Dispute Resolution Deal of the Year by China Business Law Journal.
- Represented Everi Holdings in connection with the combination and simultaneous acquisition of Everi and the gaming businesses of International Game Technology PLC (IGT) by a newly formed holding company owned by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management for approximately $6.3 billion on a combined basis.

- Represented Keany Produce and Gourmet, a family-owned wholesale produce distributor, in connection with its acquisition by Blue Capital Road.
