Danielle de Zorzi’s practice encompasses a wide range of transactions, focusing primarily on capital markets and mergers & acquisitions.

Danielle has represented clients on debt and equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, placings, medium term-note programs and bond issuances. She has experience advising public companies on general corporate issues, securities regulation, including disclosure, reporting and compliance, and governance issues. She also has experience counselling clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Danielle previously held an in-house position as group senior corporate counsel with AIA Group, the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group, where she counselled the Treasury, Finance, Investor Relations, Human Resources and ESG teams. Prior to going in-house, Danielle practiced at an international law firm, where she focused on capital markets and mergers & acquisitions.
