Deborah Baum is the leader of Pillsbury’s Global Litigation Practice. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has secured an impressive success rate in recent cases tried to conclusion.
Debby has been achieving winning results for more than 30 years, prosecuting and defending a wide range of business cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and before arbitration tribunals. She has tried more than 17 civil cases to conclusion before judges, juries and arbitration tribunals, and countless evidentiary hearings on TROs, preliminary injunctions and other matters. In the last 10 years alone, she has tried 11 cases; while the result is still out on the most recent, she has a 10-0 win record on the first 10.
Debby’s broad practice includes product liability, complex commercial, real estate, corporate, fiduciary and health care disputes, and international arbitrations.
