  • Represented leading East-coast-based venture capital fund in connection with $50 million Series C financing and subsequent purchase of approximately $10 million worth of shares from certain stockholders in secondary transaction.
  • Represented electric vehicle energy delivery platform in $160 million Series C financing.
  • Represented Bay Area venture capital fund in over 100 early-stage investments across numerous industries (primarily via SAFE, convertible note or minority investments).
