  • Represented leading telemedicine provider in litigation against state licensing board, winning a preliminary injunction against the board’s anticompetitive rules and negotiating a resolution to the case through revisions to the state’s laws.
  • Represented major telecommunications carrier in successfully moving to dismiss, and defeating on appeal to the Ninth Circuit, claims that the carrier and its competitors colluded to include anticompetitive features in MMS technology.
  • Jointly advised global software developer and logistics company regarding antitrust issues arising in creation of blockchain software collaboration, including joint venture structuring and global antitrust filing requirements.
