An experienced trial lawyer, Eric Rusnak focuses his practice on complex business litigation, including real property, intellectual property and environmental compliance matters.
Eric is a trial lawyer who has litigated and tried cases in courts all over the country. He represents a broad range of clients—from large corporations to individuals—in complex civil litigation matters, including real property, environmental, defamation, patent and trade secret cases. Eric’s skillset is expansive, defending high-profile corporations to family businesses. His clients rely on him to solve problems that seem insurmountable. He is counsel to large landowners on issues involving property rights, mineral extraction and environmental concerns. In a scenario reminiscent of the hit television series, “Yellowstone,” Eric is defending a fifth-generation Wyoming ranch family in a series of lawsuits filed by an aggressive land acquisition organization. He is MSHA Part 48 certified to work in a surface coal mine.
