Fang Wang is experienced in trademark prosecution and brand protection in China. She advises Chinese and foreign clients in various trademark oppositions, cancellations, invalidations, applications for recognition of trademark as well-known and administrative litigations.

Fang has a comprehensive understanding of IP laws from both legal and business perspectives. She advises Chinese and foreign companies in trademark application strategies, trademark licensing and transaction, trademark enforcement and unfair competition. Fang also has experience in helping defend Chinese companies in U.S. patent litigations before International Trade Commission and district courts. Fang advises the Freedom to Operate project and handles IP due diligence. In addition, Fang advises clients on U.S.-China export control compliance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Fang practiced at a leading law firm in China for more than four years, where she focused on trademark prosecution and enforcement, as well as general copyright matters.
