- Representing CITGO Petroleum Corp. in marine cargo insurance claim involving the loss of crude oil seized by instrumentalities of Venezuela’s Maduro regime.
- Represented North Carolina utilities in first-ever coal combustion residual insurance litigation under newly enacted federal and state CCR rules.
- Successfully briefed petitions for certiorari and merits briefing in Arthur Andersen LLP v. Carlisle, 556 U.S. 624 (2009) and Beck v. PACE International Union, 551 U.S. 96 (2007).
