John Schengber is a litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation, civil rights and appellate practice. He works in both federal and state courts.

Drawing on his federal district court clerkship, John is well-versed in motions practice and is passionate about legal writing and persuasive advocacy. He maintains an active pro bono practice. In addition to supporting clients in active litigation, John also monitors nationwide litigation and legislative developments that may impact clients’ businesses or operations, with a focus on the intersection of technology, social media and constitutional (especially First Amendment) rights.
