Jordan has experience performing patent prosecution services for clients both domestically and internationally. He has handled patent preparation and prosecution for organizations in the digital medicine, electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical arts, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, mobile device apps, wireless communications, GPS location technologies, indoor navigation systems, natural language processing, e-commerce and rocketry fields.

Jordan advises clients on patent strategy from start to finish, including counseling start-up clients in identifying patentable subject matter and creating a patent filing strategy to managing a large-scale patent portfolio.
