  • Represented Fluor Corporation in a claim for tortious interference against Resolute Management Co., which was alleged to have intentionally improperly handled Fluor’s claims to the benefit of its parent company.
  • Represented Fluor Corporation against against Zurich American Insurance Company in a claim for bad faith failure to settle underlying environmental litigation.
  • Represented Oportun in connection with insurance coverage under a crime policy for millions in losses caused by a digital fraud ring.
  • Represented Skyryse in connection with insurance coverage for a lawsuit involving an advanced pilot assistance system which combines artificial intelligence, a flight perception suite, and decision-making algorithms, regarding allegations that Skyryse and two former top Moog employees engaged in theft of asensitive technical data belonging to the US federal government.
  • Represented DTE Energy in connection with insurance coverage claims arising form the flooding that occurred in Southeast Michigan in 2021. 
  • Represented Sigma Plastics Group, a major plastics manufacturer, against Beazley in a successful NinthCircuit appeal.
