Mary Buxton advises clients in all aspects of government contracts law from contract formation to prosecuting claims against the government, as well as defending contractors against False Claims Act allegations.
Mary focuses her practice on government contract litigation at the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA), the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), and in federal court. She prepares Contract Disputes Act-certified claims and handles termination disputes at the federal, state and local government levels. She also regularly litigates bid protests at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and provides counsel for contractors on California procurement law.
