A team of Pillsbury lawyers represented HEICO Corporation in connection with the agreement by its Electronic Technologies Group to acquire Axillon Aerospace’s Fuel Containment Business from affiliates of SK Capital Partners, LP.

HEICO Corporation designs, manufactures, services and distributes a broad range of products for niche segments of the aviation, defense, space, medical, telecommunications and electronics industries. The company operates through two primary business segments: its Flight Support Group, based in Hollywood, Florida, and its Electronic Technologies Group, based in Miami, Florida.

Axillon Fuel Containment is a leading designer and manufacturer of military-specification fuel cells for U.S.-built military aircraft, as well as select commercial aircraft and military ground vehicles. Following the closing of the transaction, Axillon Fuel Containment will continue operating from its current facilities under the leadership of its existing management team.
