He regularly serves as outside general counsel to clients, assisting them with board governance, evaluating and executing financing alternatives, securing and protecting intellectual property, and disputes with customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders. His practice spans various industries, with a focus on high growth companies.

JP advises enterprises from when they are just an idea through an exit and/or liquidity event, including any issues that arise in between throughout the course of an enterprise’s life cycle.
