Nalani Wilson advises clients on intellectual property and commercial matters, with a focus on trademark strategy and transactional support. She conducts intellectual property due diligence in connection with corporate transactions and assists in advising on the protection, transfer and commercialization of intellectual property assets.

Nalani assists in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including SaaS and vendor agreements. She completed a secondment with Deutsche Bank in its Office of the Corporate Secretary, where she supported corporate governance initiatives. Her experience also includes trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement.
