    • Lead counsel on disposition of a minor league baseball team.
    • Counsel and advises on dispositions of minority ownership interests.
    • Advises the Professional Women’s Hockey League on stadium licensing and leasing matters.

    • Serves as counsel to a P3 concessionaire in the development and operation of a major long term public private partnership.
    • Represented developers in their partnership with public universities in structuring bond-financed public private partnerships projects.
