Noa Clark has extensive experience in a broad range of real estate transactional matters, public-private partnerships (P3s) and sports law transactions.
She represents public and private, and national and international real estate investors on a broad array of commercial assets nationwide, including office, hotel, retail and multifamily projects. She advises on all aspects of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, recapitalizations, financings, development, acquisitions and dispositions, and construction and management contracts and is experienced in structuring and advising on public-private partnerships.

In addition, Noa is actively involved in Pillsbury’s Sports Law practice. She advises on individual team, league and owner matters in connection with control sales, minority interest sales, team-related acquisitions, financings, stadium development issues, corporate governance, leasing and licensing matters.
Noa also is actively involved in the San Francisco community and serves on the board of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.

- Represented solar project developer and wind farm developer on the development and operation of generation facilities.
- Sports Transactions
- Serves as outside counsel to MLB franchise on a wide-range of matters.
- Represented team in ownership structuring, capital structuring, acquisitions and dispositions, and change-in-control transactions.
- Lead counsel on disposition of a minor league baseball team.
- Counsel and advises on dispositions of minority ownership interests.
- Advises the Professional Women’s Hockey League on stadium licensing and leasing matters.
- Public-Private Partnerships
- Serves as counsel to a P3 concessionaire in the development and operation of a major long term public private partnership.
- Represented developers in their partnership with public universities in structuring bond-financed public private partnerships projects.
