Patti Rothenberg-Montz focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial litigation, including technology litigation, supply chain disputes, insurance recovery and cases involving fraud and ethics issues. She represents clients in all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial, settlement and appeals, in both state and federal courts.
Patti also has experience with representing corporations and individuals under investigation by U.S. government agencies and in internal investigations.

- Represented estate of shareholder in dispute regarding equity valuation in company during eight-day jury trial.
- Represented Broadway production in claims against insurer for losses stemming from COVID-19, resulting in denial of insurer’s motion to dismiss, which was affirmed on appeal.
- Represented individual facing federal conspiracy, wire fraud and securities violations, securing precedential dismissal of grand jury indictment based on constitutional violation for grand jury bias.
