Patti maintains a diverse commercial litigation and arbitration, insurance, and white collar practice, with a focus on contract disputes in aviation, aerospace and technology industries.

Patti has also represented international clients under investigation by U.S. government agencies and in internal investigations. She represents clients in all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial, settlement and appeals. Patti maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients in immigration court proceedings, representing a local nonprofit in a multi-million-dollar construction dispute, and drafting several amicus briefs on key immigration issues.  

Patti is a member of the Pillsbury Pride Leadership Council.

Representative Experience

  • Represented Broadway production in claims against insurer for losses stemming from COVID-19, resulting in denial of insurer’s motion to dismiss, which was affirmed on appeal.
  • Represented individual facing federal conspiracy, wire fraud and securities violations, securing precedential dismissal of grand jury indictment based on constitutional violation for grand jury bias.
  • Representing international aircraft manufacturer in bankruptcy adversary proceeding on fraud and other tort claims, resulting in dismissal of all claims at the district court level.
