Southern California Trial Lawyer Paul Fraidenburgh Joins Pillsbury in San Diego

Paul Fraidenburgh, head of Pillsbury’s San Diego Litigation team, is a first chair trial lawyer who currently serves as lead counsel in several of the largest business disputes in California.
Clients trust Paul to handle their most complex litigation and arbitration matters. Paul leads a skilled team of litigators in commercial disputes involving contracts, founder disputes, corporate governance, partnerships, fiduciary duties, unfair competition, class actions, inverse condemnation and real estate. He has prevailed on behalf of clients in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and at the state Supreme Court level. Paul is an elected member of the American Law Institute.

- Successfully served as lead trial counsel in a two-week jury trial and obtained a verdict limiting exposure to less than 1% of the amount sought by the plaintiff.
- Achieved the complete dismissal of breach of contract claims asserted by a multibillion-dollar publicly traded marketing and events company against the leading winter sports trade show companies.
