Paul Fraidenburgh, head of Pillsbury’s San Diego Litigation team, is a first chair trial lawyer who currently serves as lead counsel in several of the largest business disputes in California.

Paul leads a skilled team of litigators in commercial disputes involving contracts, founder disputes, corporate governance, partnerships, fiduciary duties, unfair competition, class actions, inverse condemnation and real estate. He has prevailed on behalf of clients in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and at the state Supreme Court level. Paul is an elected member of the American Law Institute.
