Philip He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and insurance recovery matters.

Philip represents clients in all stages of litigation and arbitration, including negotiating settlements, developing litigation strategies, conducting and responding to discovery, motion practice, and preparing cases for trial. He has litigation and counseling experience in a wide range of disputes, including insurance, contract, products liability, tort claims, construction defect, and commercial landlord/tenant.

During law school, Philip served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lee Smalley Edmon of the California Court of Appeal, Second District and Honorable Teri L. Jackson of the San Francisco Superior Court, Presiding Judge and Appellate Division. He also served as a Senior Notes Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.
