Philip He represents clients in complex commercial and business disputes, including contract disputes, insurance recovery, real estate, products liability and tort claims, and white-collar defense and investigations.
Philip guides clients through all stages of litigation and dispute resolution across a wide range of industries, including financial services, banking, health care, and automotive. He is experienced handling all aspects of a dispute from developing litigation strategies, conducting and responding to discovery, motion practice, and preparing for trial and appeal. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes successful defense of low-income tenants in eviction proceedings and representation of tenants in other housing disputes with their landlords.

- Successfully obtained seven-figure recovery in first-party property damage insurance litigation against insurers.
- Successfully represented policyholder in obtaining defense costs and settlement proceeds from multiple insurers’ policies spanning four decades toward a bankruptcy trust for mass tort claimants.
