Within the realm of bank finance, Sacha primarily represents borrowers of all sizes and stages, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including utilities and private companies in the energy sector. He also regularly advises borrowers and lenders in restructurings and refinancings of distressed debt.

Sacha also has deep experience advising issuers, underwriters and initial purchasers on a multitude of debt issuances in the capital markets. His breadth of capital markets experience includes debt offerings in the investment-grade and high-yield markets, both secured and unsecured, as well as issuances of asset-backed securities.

  • Represented the sponsor/project company in connection with a term loan B and revolving credit facility refinancing for the Tenaska Westmoreland Generating Station, a 925-megawatt, gas-fired electric generating plant in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
  • Represented Hawaiian Electric Industries Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Hawaiian Electric Company Inc., in connection with their revolving credit facilities, with combined aggregate commitments of $600 million.
  • Represented Sinclair Television Group Inc. and its subsidiaries in connection with a $375 million accounts receivable securitization facility.

  • Represented Sinclair Television Group Inc. and its subsidiaries in connection with a series of refinancing transactions totaling approximately $3.3 billion, including the issuance and exchange of 144A secured notes and a new revolving and term-loan-credit facility, which included “super priority” first-out-first-lien revolving and term debt.
  • Represented Concentrix Corporation in connection with a refinancing of its approximately $2.85 billion credit facility.
  • Advised Immersion Corporation in connection with a refinancing of a $325 million asset-backed loan facility for Barnes & Noble Education Inc.

  • Represented Concentrix Corp. in its issuance of $2.1 billion of unsecured notes to finance its acquisition of Webhelp, in a transaction valued at $4.8 billion.
  • Advised Diamond Sports Group LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. and the largest owner of regional sports networks in the United States, in connection with a series of debt restructuring transactions totaling over $4 billion.
