Pillsbury advised Interactive Strength Inc. (FORME) in its recent initial public offering of an aggregate of 1.5 million shares of its common stock. With a price to the public of $8.00 per share, the gross proceeds are expected to be $12 million.

FORME is a digital fitness platform that combines premium connected fitness hardware products with live virtual personal training and coaching to deliver an immersive experience.
