Samuel Bucher advises clients on complex commercial transactions, with a focus on real estate and construction.
Sam represents owners, developers and investors in a range of commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes assisting with acquisitions and dispositions of office, industrial, mixed-use and data center assets, as well as supporting borrowers in secured financings and refinancings. His experience also includes drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements, including complex design-build arrangements and commercial leasing matters. Sam regularly works with private real estate funds, major pension funds, professional sports teams, universities and other institutional investors on complex transactions across multiple asset classes.

Samuel joins Pillsbury with prior experience working in project management for contractors on public design-build and design-bid-build construction projects in the water, transportation and medical fields.
