Spencer focuses his practice on all aspects of litigation, with an emphasis in complex commercial disputes, employment litigation and corporate investigation matters.

Spencer has experience supporting all phases of cases, from trial preparation and presenting oral arguments, to managing discovery and drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs. He also has extensive experience conducting internal investigations for both public and private institutions. He has regularly worked with clients in the financial services, technology and sports industries.

Representative Experience

  • Represented a technology services company in individual arbitrations and a class action alleging breaches of fiduciary duty and other ERISA violations.
  • Represented an investment firm in a consumer protection action brought by a State’s Attorney General’s Office.
  • Represented a technology services company in an action for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.
