Spencer Young

Spencer focuses his practice on all aspects of litigation, with an emphasis in complex commercial disputes, employment litigation and corporate investigation matters.

Spencer has experience supporting all phases of cases, from trial preparation and presenting oral arguments, to managing discovery and drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs. He also has extensive experience conducting internal investigations for both public and private institutions.
