Suzie Song

Suzie focuses her practice on international trade and compliance matters, advising Chinese and multinational companies on export controls, economic sanctions, customs and tariffs, and trade remedies.

Suzie regularly counsels clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, semiconductors, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, aviation, energy, medical devices and financial services. Her work includes export control and sanctions risk assessments, day-to-day compliance advice, and trade-related due diligence in IPOs and M&A transactions. She also designs and implements comprehensive trade compliance systems, assists with CCATS classifications and export license applications, and represents clients in audits, investigations, and government inquiries, including removal from U.S. restricted persons lists.
