Una Zhang focuses her practice on corporate finance, securities, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.

Una is also a dual-qualified solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Una was an associate at the Hong Kong office of a major international law firm.

- Advising Shenwan Hongyuan Holdings (B.V.I.) Limited, the controlling shareholder of Shenwan Hongyuan (H.K.) Limited (stock code: 218)., in successfully applying for a waiver from the mandatory offer obligation under Rule 26.1 of the Takeovers Code.
- Advising Greenland Financial Overseas Investment Group Co., in its acquisition of controlling stake in China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Company Ltd. (stock code: 1253) through whitewash transaction.
- Advising Poly Culture Group Co.Ltd. (stock code before delisting: 3636), in the privatisation by Zhongyi Century Cultural Industry Investment Co. Ltd. by merger by absorption.
- Advising China Uwin Technology Co., Ltd. in the mandatory unconditional cash offer for shares of Global Uin Intelligence Holdings Limited (stock code: 8496).
