She provides practical, business-minded advice focused on efficient execution, liquidity planning and long-term business success. With a background in electrical engineering and finance, Valeska brings a practical and commercially focused perspective to advising technology companies and investors. She has spent most of her legal career in Silicon Valley and regularly advises clients operating at the intersection of frontier technology, capital formation and scaling technology businesses. She counsels companies and investors in AI, enterprise software, cybersecurity, hardware, health care technology, media technology, defense technology, frontier technology and other high-growth industries.
