She has spent most of her legal career in Silicon Valley and regularly advises clients operating at the intersection of frontier technology, capital formation and scaling technology businesses. She counsels companies and investors in AI, enterprise software, cybersecurity, hardware, health care technology, media technology, defense technology, frontier technology and other high-growth industries.
